The personal touch of picking me up from the train station was greatly appreciated. The rooms were beautifully decorated in an old Italian style, giving them a unique charm. It was Easter and we found that some staff seemed tired and maybe a little less attentive. The WiFi was a major disappointment as it was only accessible in certain areas of the room.
